About The Position

McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC is a women-owned law firm operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida. We are a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO. We are nationally recognized industry leaders in the legal default servicing space. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Westmont, NJ office with 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience. Diverse/ minority candidates are encouraged to apply. A Juris Doctorate and membership in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar are required. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload, drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, attending hearings and status conferences, interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members, and providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
• Juris Doctorate
• Member in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking
