Requirements

• NC & SC Bar Licensure
• Must be able to travel to courts across NC and SC frequently.

Nice To Haves

• 2 – 5 years of experience managing a large caseload is preferred
• Some experience in Litigation is preferred but not required
• Charlotte based preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be in court for hearings.
• Depose a witness or defend a deposition.
• Negotiate cases.
• Talk to clients.
