Requirements

2+ years of personal injury or other relevant litigation experience, including defense litigation.
Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Nice To Haves

Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload from inception through final resolution, including mediation, arbitration, or trial.
Communicate with clients and help them understand the intricacies of their cases and the legal system.
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Coordinate with, retain, and communicate with medical and liability experts.
Prepare and manage case pleadings and discovery.
Attend remote and in-person court hearings.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
