Litigation Attorney
About The Position
Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our busy Minneapolis-based products liability and toxic tort litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation and an interest in product liability or toxic tort defense work, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, and good academic credentials. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential. Minnesota admission required. North Dakota and/or Wisconsin admission or eligibility preferred. This is a hybrid position, with flexibility on the number of in-office days per week.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of defense litigation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be admitted to practice in MN
