About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opportunity is currently available for a Litigation Associate with extensive experience in a variety of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and/or nursing home cases to join a highly reputable and established Law Firm in the Shelbyville, KY area. Requirements
- 2-5 years of litigation experience from the side of the Plaintiff in handling Personal Injury, Liability, and/or Nursing Home cases
- Experienced in working with a mid-sized to a large law firm
- Demonstrate an exceptional writing ability in reference to pleadings and depositions
- Juris Doctorate
- ACTIVE Bar membership in Kentucky
Nice To Haves
- ACTIVE Bar membership in Indiana and Tennessee
- First Chair experience
Responsibilities
- Represent clients within various Personal Injury cases
- Handle all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
