About The Position

A highly-regarded law firm in Mary Esther, Florida, is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its well-established practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong civil litigation skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and a willingness to learn through mentorship from senior attorneys. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in The Florida Bar
• 1-5+ years of experience as a Florida attorney
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Courtroom experience or comfort handling court hearings
• Experience in litigation related to real property, construction law, or contested probate

Responsibilities
