About The Position
Thompson Law is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm with a strong track record of success, including numerous top settlements and verdicts in Texas. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Dallas office to join our team and uphold our commitment to client service and achieving record-setting results. The ideal candidate will have personal injury litigation experience, a passion for client advocacy, and a desire to lead and mentor a team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth while making a significant difference in the lives of clients who have suffered due to preventable tragedies.
Requirements
- 4 - 7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 2+ years of personal injury-related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases.
- A desire to maximize settlements, try cases when needed, and always enjoy your work.
- Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

- Guide and mentor a dedicated team of legal professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of litigation with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the comprehensive preparation of cases for settlement or trial.
- Serve as a point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic, world-class service and steering them through their legal journey with expertise and compassion.
- Collaborate with the firm's litigation team leadership to refine litigation strategies, contributing to the firm's growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the DFW market and across Texas.
