About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to manage cases from filing to trial. The role involves leading a litigation team, handling all aspects of discovery, trial preparation, and client communication. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 trial experience as first chair
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of Personal injury litigation experience.
• Be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to handle a large caseload.
• Strong legal research and analysis.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Law and motion experience.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.
• Provide guidance and lead the litigation team.
• Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates.
• Trial preparation and strategy.
• Prepare and strategize Motions in Limine and associated trial documents.
• Settlement negotiations.
• Settlement/dispositive proceedings (Mediations, arbitrations, etc.).
• Jury trials as First Chair.
• Post-trial motions.
• Provide legal opinions to clients.
