About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong litigation skills, and a minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
Requirements
- Law degree from an A.B.A. accredited school with excellent academic credentials.
- 3+ years of legal experience.
- Strong persuasive writing and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in summarizing records, drafting briefs, and conducting depositions.
- Familiarity with California Law and a valid California State Bar number.
- Active Bar License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, responding to discovery, and arguing motions.
- Prepare concise memoranda with recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues on policy implementation and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing options, strategies, and solutions.
