About The Position

The Los Angeles – Century City office of McGuire Woods seeks an Associate to join its Litigation Department. Our Los Angeles based team handles a diverse docket of complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions, consumer fraud, unfair competition, and general business disputes. Associates work alongside experienced trial attorneys on high-stakes cases spanning a broad range of industries—including technology, aerospace, food and beverage, apparel, consumer products, entertainment, and financial services. Requirements

3-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
Ability to produce high-quality written work product with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
Strong academic record.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms.
California Bar is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with complex commercial litigation matters such as class actions, consumer fraud, unfair competition, or business tort claims is preferred.
