About The Position
Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Charlotte, NC office, to represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from inception through resolution, gain hands-on courtroom and trial experience, take and defend depositions, and draft, file, and argue substantive motions. The position is in-office, fostering active mentorship and strategic collaboration with firm partners.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of general liability experience.
- Experience representing individuals and businesses.
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to do both general liability and workers’ compensation.
- Trial experience is highly desired.
Responsibilities
