About The Position
Our client is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its San Francisco team handling complex financial services and securities matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation and regulatory-facing matters for financial institutions and fintech companies.
Requirements
- Four to six years of litigation experience
- Experience managing litigation matters and handling motion practice
- Ability to take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
- Strong client-service and case-management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Manage key aspects of litigation from pleadings through resolution
- Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
- Work directly with clients on strategy, risk assessment, and case management
- Contribute to consumer protection, fraud, unfair competition, and financial services matters
- Collaborate on matters involving parallel regulatory or investigative components
- Mentor junior associates and oversee discrete workstreams
