About The Position
Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Atlanta, GA office, to represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds. This would be in office, as it is a leadership role with a lot of monetary upsides, to discuss in greater detail with candidate during phone call with managing attorney. Position is "In-office", so you have active mentorship and strategic collaboration with Law Firm Partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of GA workers’ compensation experience.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in general liability, auto/trucking, premises liability, etc. (one or all of those areas).
- Experience representing individuals and businesses.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is highly desired
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
- Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
