About The Position

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. First Party property experience preferred but not required. Your Day-to-Day: Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, prepare reports for clients, perform legal research and assist in mediation and trial preparation. Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements. Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Client-Centric Approach: Unwavering commitment to exceptional client service
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
