About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect with talented Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorneys interested in exploring opportunities with leading law firms throughout Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in representing clients in sophisticated patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of intellectual property litigation or complex commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or unfair competition disputes preferred
- Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Experience litigating matters in federal court preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
Nice To Haves
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Representing clients in sophisticated patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes.
- Handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Litigating matters in federal court.
