About The Position
SHB’s growing litigation practice is seeking a Paralegal to join its practice group. The role involves work across all phases of litigation and trial preparation, including large document production, discovery, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, and subpoenaing records. The position offers a challenging, rewarding, and fun atmosphere, opportunities for employee growth, and exposure to diverse areas of the law. Travel is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and at least two years of litigation experience, or no degree or certificate and at least six years of experience.
- Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation.
- Experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, and subpoenaing records.
- Ability to travel.
