About The Position

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. First Party property experience is preferred but not required. The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions, analyzing discovery, preparing client reports, conducting legal research, and assisting with mediation and trial preparation. The attorney will also attend court hearings, depositions, client meetings, and negotiate settlements. A client-centric approach, strong organizational skills, and clear communication are essential. Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

Nice To Haves

• First Party property experience
• Previous experience in litigation, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, 1st Party Property
