Litigation Associate Attorney
About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking Litigation Associate Attorneys interested in opportunities with a nationally recognized Am Law firm in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves sophisticated commercial disputes, complex litigation, and high-stakes matters representing major corporate clients alongside experienced litigators. Attorneys may work on complex commercial and business litigation; high-stakes corporate disputes; discovery, depositions, and dispositive motion practice; litigation strategy, hearings, and trial preparation; and sophisticated matters involving multiple parties and jurisdictions. The opportunity offers substantive litigation responsibility, exposure to complex federal and state court matters, collaboration with experienced litigation attorneys, and professional development and career advancement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably involving complex commercial or business disputes.
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience in federal and state court litigation.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate with attorneys and clients.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service.
