About The Position
This position involves completing tutor training and providing tutoring services for the MSU of Denver Literacy Clinic. The tutoring will take place at either Pinnacle Charter School or Paris Elementary. The role requires a commitment to the entire length of the literacy tutoring cycle, which spans approximately 10-12 weeks. Training and tutoring are performed in-person.
Requirements
- Teaching experience
- Commitment to the entire length of the literacy tutoring cycle (tentative dates - September 14, 2026 – November 21, 2026)
- Commit to 2, 1-hour tutoring sessions per week during the tutoring cycle

Responsibilities
- Complete tutor training.
- Provide 20 hours of tutoring over 10-12 weeks.
- Conduct 2 hours of tutoring per week.
- Perform tutoring on 2 separate days per week.
- Be available for tentative training on Saturday, September 12th at Pinnacle Charter School.
- Tutoring occurs from September 2026 - November 2026.
- Training and Tutoring occur off campus at Pinnacle Charter School or Paris Elementary.
