About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at University Boulevard in Coraopolis. Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Five years of supervisory retail sales work
Meet the PA residency requirement
Be able to perform essential job functions
Pass a background investigation
No felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with procedures
Assign work, guide staff performance, and support training needs
Assist customers, address concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment
Plan weekly needs and allocate resources to maximize efficiency
Direct promotional displays and ensure adherence to branding initiatives
Account for store funds, prepare deposits, and support accurate sales activities
