We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Wilmington Pike in Glen Mills. Why Join Us? Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B; or Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A; or Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B; or Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A; or Five years of supervisory retail sales work.
You must meet the PA residency requirement.
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
You must pass a background investigation.
An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

Monitor overall store readiness and enforce daily standards for cleanliness, stocking, and presentation
Guide employees through training, feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Assist customers with locating products, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
Plan weekly staffing needs based on events, seasons, and operational demands
Coordinate inventory ordering, product rotation, and promotional displays to maintain appealing shelves
Verify adherence to policies, procedures, and contracted service standards throughout the store
