About The Position

As a Liquor Store Associate at Parker's Kitchen, you will provide fast, accurate, and friendly service while helping store leadership maintain store-side operations. You will contribute to an exceptional customer experience while upholding Parker’s Kitchen standards. The role includes customer service, cash and retail transactions, age-regulated sales, inventory replenishment, housekeeping, and support for the store leader. The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves the physical demands and work conditions described below.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in store operations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working around wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company values.
• Handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and other retail shift duties as assigned.
• Sell alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, and other age-regulated products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across store activities.
• Multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stock and replenish inventory throughout the store, including food and beverage areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Assist the store leader with additional tasks as needed.
