Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Three years of lead or supervisory retail sales work
Meet the PA residency requirement
Be able to perform essential job functions
Pass a background investigation
No felony conviction within the last ten years of the prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth shift operations by following policies and procedures
Guide staff, assign tasks, and check work quality while encouraging strong performance
Participate in receiving shipments, stocking products, and helping customers choose items
Respond to questions, solve issues, and maintain a positive shopping atmosphere
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for customers and employees
Assist with accurate stock tracking and well-presented product displays
