Requirements

One year as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or an Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration)
One year of lead retail sales work
Meet the PA residency requirement
Be able to perform essential job functions
Pass a background investigation
No felony conviction within the last ten years of the prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

Supervise, manage, and participate in store operations during shifts to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Lead, motivate, and help manage the store team by assigning tasks, inspecting work, and providing guidance
Assist shoppers, respond to concerns, and provide product information
Conduct spot counts, update electronic records, and ensure product displays are maintained
Help oversee and complete sales, cash accounting, and record maintenance
Foster a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative work environment to keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and staff
