About The Position

The Security Managers are responsible for training, scheduling, and management of security staff, including set-ups for all events in the Pause areas. They must be a cohesive member of the Lions Pause Executive staff, attending every meeting and working with other areas. This position requires exposure to loud noise. Candidates must possess the ability to safely perform the physical work required of all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within the Pause or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Pause Executive Committee and attend all required meetings.
• Oversee the scheduling, training, and management of all security/venue staff.
• Security Managers will be present at all scheduled Pause Dances.
• Hold two office hours per week
• Attend preparatory meetings to discuss events
