About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Linux Support Platform Engineer for project-based work supporting Accenture clients. The role focuses on creating production and non-production cloud environments using software tools tailored to projects and products, deploying automation pipelines, and automating environment creation and configuration. The engineer will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to decisions and solutions that affect multiple teams. The position requires working onsite at the client’s Dallas office three days per week. Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Linux.
- Associate degree.

- Advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture and Modern Platform Engineering Architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Create production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate software tools tailored to projects and products.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable cloud environments to support project needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation pipelines and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions to improve platform performance and stability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage and collaborate effectively with the team, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
