About The Position

We are seeking talented linguists with a passion for language and technology to join our dynamic translation pool. We are looking for experts in various fields such as Life Sciences, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, but welcome specialists from all domains. The role involves translating content between English and your native language, ensuring cultural nuance and clarity are maintained. You will also edit and refine language content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across digital platforms, apply current language standards and best practices, and evaluate language model quality by providing structured feedback. Collaboration with Production and cross-functional teams for content localization is key, as is supporting content development, localization, and quality assurance for digital tools and applications. Transcreation, which involves creatively adapting text beyond the source to ensure natural flow in the target language, may also be required.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in the target language(s).
A graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR a graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.
The ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely.
