About The Position

Sandy Lane, an AAA Five (5) Diamond, Forbes Five-Star exclusive resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is hiring for permanent vacancies in its Housekeeping Department. The Linen Keeper reports to the Executive Housekeeper and assists with counting, recording, and distributing hotel linen. The posting also lists vacancies for Housekeeping Valet and Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and bag F&B soiled linen.
• Issue clean F&B linen at the issuing counter.
• Sort dirty rooms linen by type, count it, and record the information.
• Hand found items from sorting bins to the Coordinator and record the information.
• Receive clean F&B and rooms linen and arrange it neatly on shelving.
• Coordinate with the laundry regarding linen shortages.
• Monitor linen sent to the pantry and ensure equal distribution.
• Reconcile clean linen distributed with linen received.
• Assist with monthly rooms and F&B linen inventory and keep the linen room neat and tidy.
