About The Position

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, you will work onsite at our Marshall, Missouri manufacturing facility, one of Conagra Brands' largest plants with more than 800 employees. You will support production operations as a Line Servicer by ensuring food products and raw materials are available to multiple production lines, palletizing finished products for shipment, and assisting with line setup and shutdown activities. This is a second-shift hourly position supporting the production of Banquet products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Successfully pass a background screening process.
• Complete a post-offer drug screen.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple production lines by ensuring food products and raw materials are available for dispensing.
• Palletize, stack, and prepare finished products for shipping.
• Assist with production line setup and shutdown activities.
• Maintain production flow to meet operational requirements.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support housekeeping and sanitation standards within the production area.
