2nd Shift Entry Level Line Service
About The Position
This is an onsite, second-shift hourly Line Service position supporting production of Banquet products at Conagra Brands' manufacturing facility in Marshall, Missouri. Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Line Servicer supports production operations by keeping food products and raw materials available to multiple production lines, palletizing finished products for shipment, and assisting with line setup and shutdown. The shift is 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The hourly rate is $19.27, plus a $0.50 shift differential. The role requires following food safety, quality, workplace safety, housekeeping, and sanitation standards. The manufacturing environment may have high noise levels and varying temperatures. Physical activities may include standing and walking around the facility, climbing stairs or ladders, kneeling for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and frequently lifting, pushing, or carrying materials. Further information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Successfully pass a background screening process.
- Complete a post-offer drug screen.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
