Join our dynamic team at Berry Aviation as a Line Service Representative! In this part-time role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft services. You'll handle a variety of tasks including parking, refueling, baggage handling, and towing aircraft. You'll also greet and interact with customers, ensuring their experience is exceptional from arrival to departure. Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Commitment to safety and security procedures.
  • Must be able to pass employment background check; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Line Service, aviation and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
  • Experience with ground support equipment (GSE) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Park aircraft and greet passengers and crew promptly and professionally.
  • Perform requested services such as fueling and aircraft movements with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times with customers and colleagues.
  • Clean and maintain buildings, fuel equipment, and ground servicing equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Receive fuel, perform required tests, and maintain daily paperwork for quality checks.
  • Fill Jet and Avgas trucks, maintain fuel and fluid levels for GSE, courtesy, and ramp vehicles, and assist with general fuel farm upkeep.
  • Serve as front desk back-up, manage fuel farm operations, provide on-the-job training (OJT) to less experienced representatives, and handle inventory control.
  • Monitor ramp and facility for safety and security, assess situations, and respond appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
