Deliver exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, and crew members while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Line Department. This role plays an important part in upholding Elliott Aviation's high standards of safety, quality workmanship, and service. No two days are exactly the same on the ramp. You might start your shift greeting an arriving aircraft, guiding it safely into position, and assisting passengers as they deplane. Throughout the day, you'll support fueling operations, reposition aircraft, and help ensure the ramp and hangar are safe, clean, and ready for the next arrival. You'll work alongside a team that values safety, communication, and customer service-taking pride in creating a smooth, professional experience for every pilot, passenger, and crew member who passes through.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (required to obtain airport access and operate equipment)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA/airport badges and meet company driving requirements
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in straightforward situations
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Must be able to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving or operating equipment (e.g., trucks, ground support equipment, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring all arrivals feel welcomed and appreciated
  • Park and tie down aircraft safely
  • Fuel aircraft and support fuel operations
  • Tow aircraft for servicing, repair, storage, and parking
  • Maintain ramp, hangar, and facility conditions
  • Assist with ground and building maintenance
  • Maintain fuel and oil inventory, storage, and related records
  • Monitor fuel meters and update line room board information
  • Support inventory counts and ground support equipment upkeep
  • Perform other duties as assigned
