About The Position
QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join their flavor squad. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for creating an excellent guest experience by preparing meals, operating the register, and contributing to a fun and energetic atmosphere. This role involves hands-on food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. QDOBA emphasizes teamwork, speed, and a positive attitude.

- Roll burritos and build bowls, tacos, and nachos.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Assist with various tasks including line work, register operation, food preparation, and grilling.
- Work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude during shifts.
