About The Position

This role involves receiving, filling, and delivering stock orders, serving beverages to guests, handling payments in cash outlets, and maintaining concession and kiosk inventory and supplies during events. The position requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, proficiency in preparing concessions for events, and thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings and the point of sale system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service
• Previous experience with point of sale (POS) tendering
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in turning over the concessions for an event
• Complete knowledge of concession and kiosk food and beverage offerings
• Thorough knowledge of point of sale system and cash handling accuracy
• Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
• SMART alcohol awareness
• Point of Sale (POS) system
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and reach for the entire shift
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Receives, fills and delivers stock orders/requisitions
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with department policies, procedures and established standards of service at various outlets
• Responsible for the handling of payment in cash outlets, per established check tendering procedures
• Maintains concession and kiosk inventory and supplies during events
• Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to supervisors
• Breaks down, cleans and restocks concessions and kiosks for the next event
