Requirements

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
• Must wear non-slip footwear
• Maintain your uniform
• Be able to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare all raw food items for the cook line
• Chopping all vegetables
• Make all salads
• Measuring and packaging various ingredients for our recipes
• Safely store all food items ensuring proper food handling and temperatures
• Maintain a clean safe work environment
• Assist the other kitchen staff as needed
• Use and clean all kitchen equipment safely and effectively
