About The Position

We are looking for a hard-working Production Worker to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Worker prepares machinery and equipment for use, works on the production line as instructed, keeps the production area clean, and follows health and safety guidelines. The role requires consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards and working to improve productivity without compromising quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Availability for shift work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalize and package products for shipment.
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
• Work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
