About The Position

Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. is seeking 1st- or 2nd-shift Line Operators to join its operations team. The role supports contract manufacturing and logistics operations, including assembling, scanning, counting, sorting, auditing, and handling automotive components and parts. Work is performed under close supervision and according to work instructions and customer requirements. Operators may also be trained to assist with stocking or kitting, and are expected to report quality or material issues and help maintain a safe, orderly, and clean facility.

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of operational tasks under close supervision of the shift supervisor.
Follow guidelines in work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
Read work instructions and sub-assemble automotive components and parts.
Accurately scan and count materials and parts.
Scan parts and place them into tubs according to customer requirements.
Perform light assembly using small powered hand tools.
May assist with stocking or kitting after training.
Perform audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tagging of parts.
Report issues to a team lead, quality technician, or supervisor.
Identify damaged parts and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Comply with company policies and guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
Clean the workstation, including sweeping, picking up trash, and returning equipment to its original place.
Perform other duties as required.
