About The Position

This posting is for current temporary employees working at Lifetime Products in Plastics Production. Areas include plastics production and water sports. Job Summary: In this role you will support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. You will be tasked to perform highly diversified duties revolving around the production of Lifetime's products. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are required.

Requirements

• Must be a current temporary employee working at Lifetime Products through a staffing agency in Plastics Production
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen
• Great communicator with a positive attitude
• Great degree of common sense
• Problem solving and decision making abilities
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties which include repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
• Be able to stand for 8 hours
• Follow directions and be aware of surroundings
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
• Six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, familiarity with Lifetime Plastics product line.

Responsibilities

• Handles and cuts hot plastic
• Visually inspects finished product before it goes to the internal customer
• Logs product rejects
• Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capacity
