About The Position

This is an internal promotional position for current NC State Student Centers student employees. Job Title: Reservations Manager Tier: 3 Location: Talley Student Union Supervision: Reports to Reservations Coordinator Work Schedule: Shift-based; 8-20 hours per week between 8am and 6pm; special hours apply occasionally Compensation: Minimum starting wage $13.00/hr with opportunity for raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises. In addition, Student Centers employees are eligible for an end-of-semester bonus up to $200. Essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead Reservations Assistant peers Develop and present presentations on updates, guidelines, and constructive feedback Provide support to the Reservation’s Team during their shift Train Reservations Assistants on the reservations process and responsibilities during shadow shifts Identify areas for improvement and continue training as needed Provide timely feedback for performance of reservation assistants Collaborate with the Reservations Coordinator on maintaining, updating, and managing the reservations resources Evaluate single and series reservations in Talley and Witherspoon Review reservations to confirm that the event details are correct Review the reservations on the waitlist to update status, coordinator, and clients on their event status Assist the Reservations Coordinator on creating the work schedule for Reservation Assistants Meet weekly with Reservations Coordinator to review special projects and job performance Campus Enterprises Employee Expectations As student employees with Campus Enterprises, we expect you to be professional and be present for your shifts. Requirements
