The Line Maintenance Technician will report directly to the service center manager/Delivery Engineer and will be primarily responsible for delivering support to Airbus A220 and A320 programs. In addition, the Line Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all on-site equipment and be engaged in the continuous improvement of all on-site processes. The service center Line Maintenance Technician will work closely with managers and mechanics from Airbus and will be expected to provide feedback and respond to any concerns. The line Maintenance Technician will be expected to complete, update and maintain records/database for all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA and P&W procedures. The Line Maintenance Technician will ensure that all procedural line items are performed and signed off by the appropriate personnel during line maintenance function. The Line Maintenance Technician will resolve Airbus A/C delivery issues and foster an understanding of customer engine maintenance and repair considerations or preferences and will develop internal service center procedures in order to comply with all AIB/FAA requirements. Maintain the P&W on-site workshop to both P&W and Airbus audit standards including the following: Tool inventory and control calibration schedules both on and offsite, Spare part inventory including the process of distributing parts, receiving and logging in of parts and ensuring inventory is maintained to a level that is capable of supporting the Airbus Delivery schedule, Maintain company vehicle records and ensure all vehicles are registered for use on Airbus property, Maintain consumable inventory and ensure they meet all Airbus and P&W EH&S requirements for on-site use and storage, Ensure all Personal Protection equipment required by P&W and Airbus is available and used by all on-site P&W personnel.
