About The Position

Join the Raw Seafoods Team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. We're looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys fixing things, keeping operations running smoothly, and being a key player in a hardworking team. This is an immediate, full-time role at our bustling seafood processing facility. You'll play a vital part in keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely, ensuring our operations never miss a beat. This position is 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting
Comfortable identifying and resolving mechanical issues
Ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat

Familiarity with Crown material handling equipment
Basic electrical knowledge
Basic automation knowledge
Basic millwrighting knowledge
Basic plumbing knowledge

Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing production equipment
Performing preventive maintenance
Responding to equipment issues
Ensuring equipment runs with minimal downtime
Working closely with the production team to keep things moving
Troubleshooting problems as they arise
Making recommendations to improve efficiency and safety
Handling basic facility maintenance to emergency repairs, inspections, and part replacements
Managing parts inventory
Documenting downtime or maintenance activity
