About The Position
Responsible for the line performance regarding output, quality, and uptime. Ensures accuracy of production data reported by production board and pdc. Enforce team’s conformance to safety, environmental, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Must present line production data in weekly production meeting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years of leadership experience within a production environment or show strong leadership potential.
- Must complete all required leadership development training.
- Proficiency in personal computer and office software.
