About The Position

The Line Lead independently operates and maintains at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. They use their technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. As a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks, the Line Lead, with coaching, will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. They will execute all standard work processes on their equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards, ensure safety processes are observed, and quality assurance activities are performed. The Line Lead will understand and report losses in their area and equipment.

Requirements

Machine operations
TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools
Safety and quality standards for operating machinery
Reading and writing and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
Collaborating well in a diverse work environment
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to use basic hand tools
Ability to read and understand English

Nice To Haves

Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies a distinct advantage
2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus
