About The Position

Torani is looking for a Line Driver to be an integral part of our Receiving team at the Toraniland campus! We’re growing and activities such as pallet building and maneuvering, order status communication, forklift/pallet jack operating, quality verification, and adhering to safety and quality standards ensures our product is moving efficiently and getting to our customers with ease. As a Line Driver, you are the critical link between the warehouse and manufacturing. You keep product flowing, lines running, and production teams supported—moving hundreds of pallets a day with precision, speed, and purpose. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a warehouse (Min 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred)
  • 2 years of forklift driver experience, with current certification (Required)
  • Experience with warehouse management systems, utilizing scanner technology and data entry into desktop required
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics; required
  • Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
  • Driven to learn other aspects of the business, a Team player willing to perform other functions outside of designated role or shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

Responsibilities

  • Checking in on the production plan and making sure the line has what it needs to start strong — bottles down, pallets ready, and everything in the right place.
  • Loading pallets onto transfers, moving products where they need to go, and keeping things flowing.
  • Moving hundreds of pallets in a shift, sending finished goods off the line and staging them for trailers or transfer to another building.
  • Supporting receiving when needed, helping bring in new or open pallets so nothing slows down.
  • Scanning finished goods accurately and making sure everything matches what was produced.
  • Ensuring finished goods get to the designated location.
  • Reviewing production plans and daily priorities to stay aligned with manufacturing needs.
  • Keeping an eye on production output, adjusting on the fly, and helping keep staging areas clean and organized.
  • Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment while striving for zero safety incidents.
  • Addressing any safety concerns.
  • Safely transporting pallets of product from one location to another bin location or onto empty trailers for intercampus transfers.
  • Faithfully conducting pre-shift inspections.
  • Delivering on commitments and maintaining stellar attendance.
  • Starting each day aligned with the team in KPI meetings covering performance, goals and priorities.
  • Staying connected throughout the day so everyone remains on the same page.
  • Sharing observations and ideas freely to support continuous improvement.
  • Pitching in to get the job done and delight customers.
