About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking a Line Cook for the Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North. This position offers competitive wages, flexible hours (full-time to part-time), and worldwide hotel discounts. The company provides excellent training, regardless of prior experience. The primary responsibilities include stocking stations, preparing food for service, maintaining station cleanliness, cooking menu items in coordination with the kitchen staff, and ensuring timely and high-quality food output. While this is primarily an evening position, assistance with the breakfast area may be required, including inventory management and expense monitoring. The role also involves maintaining guest relations and handling guest complaints. ServSafe certification is required, and the company will assist in obtaining it if necessary.

Responsibilities

Stock stations with necessary supplies
Prepare food for service
Keep station clean
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Assist with the Breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory
Monitor and maintain expenses
Maintain guest relations and guest recovery in case of complaints
