About The Position

Stauffer's Cafe is seeking an experienced line cook for morning shifts. This role requires weekend availability, with the latest shift ending at 3:00 PM. Previous high-volume restaurant line experience is essential, excluding experience in retirement centers or fast food.

Requirements

• Previous (recent) line experience in a high volume restaurant (not Retirement Centers or Fast Food).
• Must hold a current PC level food handler's permit issued by the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD).
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Morning availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
