Our Back Of House Team Member should be someone who: Has engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, stock kitchen inventory as needed, help achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less, ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation, prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables or preparing sauces), prepare recipes according to standard procedures, stock and prepare stations for service, and communicate product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
