About The Position

Line Cooks at Chili's, known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to company recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and ensuring orders flow continuously from the kitchen. Candidates should be friendly and caring toward teammates and able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
