About The Position

Schulte Companies is seeking a service-oriented PM Line Cook to join the team at Hotel Ballast. The role supports food preparation and kitchen operations while maintaining high sanitation standards and keeping food storage areas organized and clean. Food items must be handled and stored properly at the end of the shift, and inventory must be rotated.

Responsibilities
