About The Position
The Lucky Bastard Saloon is a lively bar and entertainment venue in the heart of Broadway. We are looking for a fun-loving, outgoing, and energetic team member with a passion for their work. Line cooks should have experience working with a diverse menu in a high-volume kitchen. Our culinary team must have a passion for preparing outstanding, quality food with a flare for plate presentation. Applicants should have a strong knowledge of food safety, be high-energy, enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
Requirements
- Experience working with a diverse menu in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety.
- Current food certification that meets state requirements.
